Yesterday, I finally tried The FIRM Vol. 1. I actually started a thread about it:

I literally just unwrapped this! However, full disclosure, I’ve been doing the same workout on my iPad from their streaming site.

I was all in on streaming for about the last year, but this week I had a perfect storm with my iPad out of battery and our internet down at the same time so was stuck with no workout. I got a DVD player to hook up to my Roku TV and am now ready for anything! Plus the matrix, chaptering and big screen are just a lot nicer.

Lucky my husband is supportive! “But honey...I have an addiction...!”

Ok, I’ve only had this DVD since yesterday. Does that count? Anyway, this is another excellent Cathe workout. I’m so glad I ordered it. I seem to be in the midsts of a Cathe love fest.

Agreed! This is one of the standouts in the LITE program.

I thought I'd like the concept but I think the jury is still out. I'll keep trying it though.

I think every time I try a new one and post here, I will feel gratitude for this thread being started!!
I had this set at one time. I do like the concept but didn't like the workouts.

Let's keep this thread going:

Last night I did the tubing section from Mindy's Glutes Guns & guts. I have to say she came up with some creative uses for figure 8 tubing and managed to work the whole body. Of course, she was her usual self chattering away for 45 minutes but on the whole I'd say this is a keeper.
Last week I did the Core segment from Yoga for Fitness by Gwen Lawrence. I'm so glad I came across this workout at TFD. I loved this workout as well as the whole DVD which has 3 sections - core, UB and LB. It is a mix of strength and with some yoga thrown in. The core section is challenging with some plank work at the beginning. Thankfully it is only 20 minutes. Just what I need!

Yes, this is another good one from LITE. I find I can go heavier than Cathe's weights at the beginning but towards the middle I need to match her recommendation. It's a good go-to workout.

I did this yesterday going with the Basic 3 premix that included the Main Workout, Six Pack Abs 2 and Extended Stretch 2. I felt thoroughly worked but not exhausted.

Currently working through a virgin set. Metrx 180.

This morning was definition workout 2 back and abs.

Skipping the abs part, it came in at about 25 minutes.

In general, I really like this set. There are breaks between sets to catch your breath or get a sip of water. Or coffee in my case.
