Stacked Lower Body in the rotation today. Another perfect weight workout for me. I have always been a cardio junkie. These shorter weight workouts really get the job done. My legs were feeling it. I went up slightly in weights for each exercise. This one got the heart rate up too 💜💜💜.

Another thumbs up for Rev'd Up Rumble. I did Timesaver 5 and it was perfect for me. As others have said I find it as fun as KPC and will definitely do it again. I would call the premix I did definitely intermediate - I would imagine the blasts would take it into the high intermediate category.

This is the first preorder that I've opened right away since Xtrain. For those waiting to do FitSplit and S&S first just open this and get to it! Really.

I'm in for a rotation whenever it rolls around.

I am so grateful my DVD works. At least this morning it did. I put it in and hit play and it went to the beginning of the workout. I haven't tried any premixes or anything else yet. I am not a big upper body person but this workout is good. 35 minutes your done.

I wasn't sure what weights to use and next time I will use heavier for some such as back row, I didn't have my heavier dumbbells around so I used 10s. I am not fond of the tricep dips, she does 32 of them at a pretty good clip, so I did what I could. Cathe also had tricep pushups on the step in the sequence. Next time I may sub in tricep overhead extensions for the dips as they are not as hard on my shoulders as dips are.

I will keep this in rotation as it is a good workout. I think she moves a bit too fast to go real heavy. today I used 5, 8, and 10s.

This is my third workout from the set and so far I like them all.

Lite series User Guide/Rotation

It’s disappointing to get the new lite series DVDs and then not find the free user guide online or have one included in the series when they arrive....Does anyone know where it is or have one (meaning User Guide or rotation)...thank you in advance for any help

It’s coming later this week or next. They need to get all the links set. I know what you mean though.... I’m waiting too.

Sherry, did they say that this rotation is the same as the guide? If you follow the link it’s been deleted?

That’s the rotation I’m using from the calendar. I’m sure once the guide comes out, there will be a variety of rotations mixed with other series. Until then, this one works 😁.
