I'm the opposite
I really like the plan and it's flexibility, they set the ground rules and you can mix and match. Some of my favorite breakfast recipes have come from tiu. I like that I get free updates for life.
My mom and I did the winter challenge last year and I lost approximately 5 lbs, but she lost significantly more. If we were hungry, we upped our protein for the day. I used perfect fit, she didn't but substituted with other protein powder.
