National Aerobic Championship - Blast from the past
A few months ago, I found a series of youtube videos archived by "aerobicvideofan" featuring the National Aerobic Championships (NAC). i skipped around to see whether there were any notable names who later became video instructors for the general public. I am not sure whether they still conduct this competition any longer in the US. Other countries might be. The Wikipedia page link is here.
Every so often, the question comes up on VF whether an instructor was a National Aerobic Champion, and unfortunately, I couldn't find a website that shows their history. I had all 3 NAC workouts and used them a lot. I see that I reviewed 2 of them.

I had two of these and I converted them to dvd. So, I still have them. It’s been years since I did them.

I remember NAC interval challenge...I'm not sure I ever used the other two though.
