Korean instructor on youtube
Help! I remember reading about workouts led by a Korean woman on youtube that got pretty good reviews here. I took a look at some of the workouts and liked what I saw but forgot to subscribe and now I can’t find them and can’t remember the instructor’s name. She had alot of workouts, mostly bodyweight and low impact. Does anybody remember her name?

My daughters do these! Yep, can’t get them to do barre with me. I’m just happy they’re exercising.
