I was thinking of trying it since I haven't been able to run for a long time due to our roads being icy/snowy and I'm so sick of my spin bike. Do you know how it would compare to running outdoors if I used a 10 lb. weight vest?

I’m always looking for good You Tube joint mobility and stretches to add on before or after my regular workouts. I did this Fitness with PJ Joint Mobility and Stretch after my workout this morning. I thought it was really good.

I’m really enjoying her channel.

Not to be an enabler but have you tried the Peleton App? There cycling workouts made me LOVE my Spin workouts again.

I haven't, but I assume they would be expensive. There are some youtube spinning instructors that look really good - actually, I think one just tore her hamstring.

Thank you for the recommendation. Glad the Peleton is working well for you! Fortunately, I have a high tolerance for boredom.

I did this one today.

She had me huffing and puffing! I did it after another workout (Cathe Strong Body Stacked Sets Lower, the premix where each circuit is completed once.) I wasn't sure she would work me sufficiently so I needed some insurance. I needn't have worried, lol, she is pretty tough. Her instruction is thorough, clear, and encouraging. She has calenders with 2 and 4 week plans and when I commented on YouTube, she replied and said there will be a new calendar to follow for March.
As an aside she has very strong faith in God and has a section on her blog for devotionals. I like that.

The Peloton app is actually reasonably priced at $12.99 a month.

I love this style of music only.
Several youtube channels use this soundtrack as well as many others.
In addition to Sharona's Hill, visit KyraPro, and Aqua Jade.
