This workout looks good to me too--thanks!

Also recommending Bodyfit by Amy. She's got a great calm, friendly demeanor like Jessica Smith does, but different. This low-impact HIIT workout is one I keep returning to because I dislike high impact HIIT, and it's actually fun. She has workouts at various difficulty levels and of different types, and she puts up new content all the time.

I've recently discovered her channel too and have been impressed with the quality of the instruction.

Sounds like a good plan, just checked out Kassandra, too!

These may be my morning staples - since I'm working from home during the corona crisis, I'm doing a short burst at lunch and then taking a walk in the evening. So a Pilates-Yoga morning, followed by a burst (10-20 min) of weights at lunch, followed by a walk after work sounds perfect to me.

So many people putting out more workouts now that everyone is stuck at home!

I've followed Natalie/Effortless Health for a while now and use her routines when I want a short effective workout:
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCeo...sH-WmfgfSdYiEw

Pros:
1. Great demeanor, calm, cues well
2. Nice scenery in background
3. Has a lot of low impact workouts and shows high impact modifications (so unusual!) - I love that!
4. Lots of compound moves, using both upper and lower body together - I love compound moves, they are so efficient

Cons:
1. No music but for 20 minutes I can manage or add my own music (but usually that's too much hassle).
2. Feels short sometimes but I think that's true HIIT - just about 20 minutes or so of high effort

And my new find is Sydney Cummings, great longer cardio/HIIT routines:
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCVQ...7It_pEv6tn-jdA

Pros:
1. Shows low-impact modifications a lot of the time
2. Motivating but not too preachy, no whooping or hollering
3. Certified trainer and ex-university athlete, I trust her moves to not injure me

Cons:
1. There is music but it's fairly quiet and not pumping/good beat, better than nothing though
2. Sometimes there are no modifications shown and you have to figure it out yourself

I have DVDs I want to order but holding off until things calm down with the virus so I'm happy to find that so many instructors are posting youtube workouts.

Wow, this looks great. I love pilates using props. Have you tried a lot of the workouts? Are they challenging? Thanks for sharing.

ETA - Does she add workouts often?

Cathe has posted a couple of Senior & Kids' videos:

I think they are both a mixture of cardio and strength. I did the first one and it was actually a little too easy for me.

Thanks! They do move a little slow...maybe there's a way to amp it up with weights, will have to give it a try.

This one looks less easy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UOC3TwbLo3o
I hope she keeps posting and posts some intermediate workouts.
