I love Gilad and if this were available to purchase on DVD, I might be tempted. The disadvantage is the indoor setting. And (after viewing) the exercises look very similar to what he's done before. Other than using these exercises to get Fergie into better shape, I'm not sure why I can't do the same by using the DVDs I already have of his?

If anyone gets these as downloads, will you please post if you can burn these to dvd-r after downloading them? Sometimes instructors release the downloads so you can burn them, sometimes the downloads are confined to your computer.
Another option I guess would be to download them to a smartphone or tablet (with an sd card inserted in my case) & then cast them to a smart tv? Or maybe if I download to my computer I can do screen mirroring to a smart tv? I am way behind the times concerning this stuff, so any advice would be great!
