There is also liquid Stevia in a dropper bottle. Trader Joe's is about $12 for 2oz or 461 drops. A serving is 4 drops. My husband started with 6 drops in his coffee and now prefers only 2 drops. I don't find Stevia bitter. I have a sample packet of Monk Fruit from Costco but I haven't tried it yet.

Stevia tastes like sadness, crushed hopes and dreams. I would rather go without sweetness than endure its bitter embrace. Blech.

Wow bubbles - I must be really shallow because all I get from stevia is a sweet taste. I only get crushed hopes and dreams from men. 😂

Hahaha!

Well, maybe it's the stevia I've used in the past

😂, I started using stevia about 14 years ago when I experienced memory loss from using sucralose. Sucralose is metabolized to ammonia. I guess I have developed a taste for it. I don’t experience any of the moribund effects mentioned above.
Make sure to check for additives in the cheaper versions of stevia.

I am trying to drink a cup of green tea each day for the health benefits. I am fine with drinking it without any milk/creamer or sugar.

Does using a little honey negate the health benefits? I can get it down straight, but a little hone would definitely improve the taste!

I have coconut sugar if that is another option.

Thank you!
I would add a little of some kind of sweetener. If you are drinking the tea every day. The benefits of the tea will outweigh the small amount of sugar. I believe that tea should be enjoyed and not suffered through.

I like the taste of green tea, but sometimes I like some variation, so I'll brew a large cup with one green tea bag and one bag of something else—like chamomile (which has to be my all-time favorite herbal tea—I like the taste, but I LOVE the smell). If I want something sweet, I'll add a bag of decaf Harney & Sons decaf cinnamon or decaf Constant Comment (I make no apologies for liking Constant Comment. My mother loved it, and we always had a box of it at home. I pretended I was British and made afternoon tea when I got home, throughout grade school. Of course, I had no idea what British tea entailed, but I assumed my mother's cookies—because baked everything from scratch—could be part of it).
