Thank you for the reminder, going to do that this week!

Back on topic, there are so many 90s and 00s workouts that were named Fat Blaster or Fat Blastin' whatever. I like many of them but they did NOT move fast enough or long enough to blast any fat, lol.

Angles, Lines & Curves I and II by Kari Anderson pretty much defined the workout. She accurately describe how to hold your body (in an angle, line or curve ).

Cardio for Beginners by Petra Kolber was basically, well, cardio at a beginner level.

Cardio Revolution by Marcos Prolo was a lot of fun, but hardly revolutionary.

CIA 2104: The Greatest Step Workout Ever Plus Body Conditioning by Gay Gaspar was quasi-fun, but definitely did NOT live up to the hype.

Twirl by Marcus Irwin DEFINITELY lived up to the name. I had a big exercise area and I literally twirled all over it. Fun workout!

I didn’t get the “3 Fast and Fun Miles” with my Miracle Miles set. Was this workout only included for a limited time? I would love to get a copy of it, but I don’t know if it’s possible since it came as part of a kit.

Does anyone know how I could get a copy?

Thanks,
Sue

I read about it, apparently only sold with the set from QVC. Maybe eBay?

Sue, I'm pretty sure I got my set from Amazon a while back. The 3F&FM was included at that time. I don't think it is now.

Good that they are online!

Level Up 108

Travis Eliot's newest set lives up to its name - it's definitely a level up from anything else I've tried from him, including Ultimate Yogi, Yoga Short and Sweet, Yoga 30 for 30. I really enjoy these workouts and as usual Travis has great music to go along with each workout.

I agree. I really love these practices. My only disappointment is that he only offered downloads for a limited time. I was raving about these to others and completely forgot you can only get them via streaming now. Bummer.
