I am so sorry to hear about your injuries. That could be so frustrating! Hoping you heal up quickly.
There are some free Egoscue pain relief exercises on Youtube that may help. They are not workouts, but specific exercises for neck, back, pain. I love the stretches to keep me aligned so my lower back scoliosis stays in check. |

I'm sorry to hear about your recent injuries. I actually stepped off my rebounder the other day and slightly twisted my bad ankle, so I can see how stepping off your rebounder could be dangerous. Luckily, I'm OK.
My injury is so different from yours. I had a really bad fall 8 years ago and landed on our concrete steps and I ended up in ER. I tore the tendons and ligaments in the area that I landed, so a lot of atrophy happened. Even though it will never be the same, that area has greatly improved with TA. I did start TA with a lot of pain in my wrists though. I had to stop and take breaks when I first started, and I had to use Griptz. It took awhile but the pain is gone and I can now do TA, Buti, and yoga without wrist pain. I've even done TA while my ankle was sprained (a bad fall while on vacation last Oct.) I did have to modify some of the exercises, but I think any of them can be modified with a bit of imagination. Years ago, I heard that there was someone (not here) who couldn't do any of TA's work on her knees so she used her sofa to support her upper body and still achieved great results from her workout.
