I hope when I'm older, I'll still be able to do this... not just lying in bed or watching TV. I applaud those seniors!

Karen, you can always modify up. As a vidiot I'm sure you know how to modify up/down. The videos look very similar btw so you probably only need one.

Yes, I hope I can continue to workout as I get older. I can, so far! The seniors in Cathe's clips do really well.

And, yes, I am pretty darn good at modifying up or down!

I agree that the clips do look similar but I'm a vidiot so I'll probably get both.

Thanks for your input, hdw! I appreciate it.

Do you have to pay for them if you're a member of her streaming?

Hi Karen,
I did the first one that was mainly weight work. You can go heavier or lighter (it’s high rep workout so I used 5-7 lb. dumbbells, if I remember correctly). I subbed my 2 lb. medicine ball for the little ball but mine does not bounce, lol! . You could sub a cheap playground ball from Walmart though pretty easy I bet.

I love the participants joy! They are having a great time being active and that’s what counts! I’ll have to remember to do the cardio senior workout the next time I’m coming back from an illness or just want something fun and a bit easier.

Yes, downloads aren’t included with streaming. Two separate purchases but with streaming you have access to the entire Cathe Live library.

thank you.

I didn't know medicine balls came in small increments as you stay. I don't know why I thought they start at 6.

I have and 8 pounder and never use the thing.

Thanks, Kathy! I actually have a playground ball from Walmart so that's a good start!

Anyone else done one or both of these?

Karen, I haven't done either of these, but I do subscribe to Cathe Live. Maybe there's a way we could work in a viewing at our next get together if (1) you have Apple TV 4; (2) you want to come over and watch them on my Apple TV; or (3) some other inventive techie solution I haven't thought of. Let me know!
