KBKB/Kettlebells Kick Butt New Check-in

I am starting KBKB rotation using Scorcher, Body Series, 7DL next Monday. If anybody wants to participate, use this revived check-in thread. Thanks

Hi, I wouldn't mind a kettlebell challenge/checkin but I don't have any of those workouts you mentioned.

Julie, you don't have to use KBKB. What KB videos do you have and planning on using?

I have used some of Lauren Brooks's workouts: Shut Up and Train and Kettlebell Lightning and most recently two of Kelly Coffey Meyers workouts that use kettlebells: Slim Sculpting and Strength and Stamina. I was also doing swings daily for awhile there with barre workouts. I'm kind of all over the place but I love kettlebells! ETA: I have only been using them a few months so would consider myself a beginner since there are a lot of moves I have to modify.

I have not tried Skogg's, but have heard of it. Is it good for beginners and/or do you recommend it/him?
