Cleda, I really wish we had a 'like' feature here. You are so right. It totally depends on my mood and energy levels. There are tons of videos on YouTube and momof10 here has her own channel with a ton of videos she has made. Between that, Be360 (Bellicon's streaming), Virtual Active, and watching tv,I've got no end of things to do.

I pulled my rebounder up to the living room yesterday and told my husband that if I could get away with it and there would be no revolts from him or our daughter, I would get rid of a couch and put it there. Freebounding while watching tv is such an easy way to get it in.

I do all cardio on the rebounder but hardly any rebounding specific videos.
Check my blog for self recordings, etc.

I could have written Cleda's post but mine wouldn't have been half as articulate as hers.

be360.com is great but I love Freebounding (my term for free style rebounding) even more. I've used my Bellicon pretty much daily since receiving it. I look forward to my daily 30 minute bounce.

Have fun discovering your favorite workouts and ways to use your rebounder!

I do Leslie Sansone "boosted walking" (jogging) on the rebounder. I also do Kelly Coffey-Meyer's Home Gym Intervals with the rebounder. When she's jogging on the treadmill I'm jogging on my rebounder.

I have an Urban Rebounding set on my trade list if you're looking for something. I confess, I haven't used my rebounder in a while.

I freestyle bounce with mine too. I have some rebounding dvd's, but I hardly ever use them. When I do get in the mood to use them, my favorites are
Fitprime: G-Force 1 & 2
There are a few of the original Urban Rebounder workouts that I like, but the FitPrimes are my favorites!

I bounce barefoot but I think it would depend upon how strong your feet are and whether or not you have foot issues. I you decide to try barefoot bouncing I'd suggest you start with no more than 5 minutes and see how your feet feel the next day.

Rebounding, especially on a soft mat, can make your foot muscles tired and sore. I believe it can rehab feet if it's progressed slowly and done in conjunction with comprehensive strengthening and stretching for the feet. Proper footwear makes a difference too.

I do have over 385 rebounding videos on my youtube channel. Lots of them are advanced, but I have built up a nice library of beginner videos. One of my recent ones is called Healthy Bounce, which has 10 videos that start out at 10 minutes and by day 10 it is 30 minutes. Here is that link. I also have a blog for my rebounders group. The link for that group is in my blog.
