Pamela, have you done many of the workouts that were at the link you posted? I looked at some called Transform 1, Toning 2, etc. They looked interesting. Are they part of one of her systems?

By the way, since suegy quoted your post, the link is still posted in this thread - until she edits hers, too. That's where I got it.

So are you supposed to do MS 4-5 consecutive days a week? Where does cardio fit in?

Congratulations!! Did you just do 30 mins a day or more?

The Transforms are from XBOX One....I have not tried them yet. I'm starting over with TA back at her beginners DVDs. I had great results with TA a few years back, lost 30+ pounds and got down to a size 2, but then my life got crazy and I stopped I regained and I am just ready to start again.
