congrats on your results!!...makes me want to break out my TA dvds again.

I might be the only one but I get super duper hungry when I do TA workouts.

Yeah for wearing forgotten clothes! Yeah for fast results! I too can't believe my eyes with what TA omni has done for me. My post partum tummy all but disappeared after thirty days in to it.

Congrats mizvespa! I love it when I hear about results that are measured by clothing and fit! I'm anti scale and tape measure! Who walks around naked with their weight and measurements on display, anyways?? Looking awesome in your clothes is where it's at!

I can echo what you said prior about diet; I haven't changed a thing about what I eat, and I still indulge in a small treat every day. I'm still getting awesome results. My abs have aways been a sore spot for me; I've always had the lower ab pooch, even pre-kids. But they are gone! I glance at my self side profile sometimes and am always a tiny bit shocked to see flat abs.

Congrats!

Mizvespa, you got rid of your Omnicentric, didn't you? I recall your saying it killed your wrists. So you're just using the Mat and Cardio now?

Great. Now you just made me order Mat work for the 2nd time!
Do you think the Matwork DVD will be good for me? I don't really need one of the centrics, right?

Thanks,

Kelly

Can someone tell me if the workouts are all the same no matter which body type you choose and it's just the diet that is different???? I'm a bit confused! I'm also somewhere btwn a Omni and Glute centric so which do you choose?? How long are the workouts??

Did someone post some time ago that TA aggravated her shoulders? I did have a torn rotator cuff 2 years ago and don't want to have problems. Any ideas on this?

Thanks,

Kelly

The workouts are different -- well, arms and abs are the same for all systems, I believe, but the lower body is different. I have Omni, and much of the lower body work is done in some form of plank or balancing on all fours (except only two, if that makes sense!) so your whole body is getting toned.
