I'm sorry your knees are hurting.

Two good DVDs are Chantal Donnely's Strong Knees and Margaret Richard's Getting Better (doing the hamstring exercises standing instead of on all fours). Both have exercises that are recommended for knee health.

With Getting Better, I prefer putting the ankle weights above my knees as Margaret does, as it is less stress on the knee joint.

I love melt

I have had x-rays years ago prior to 3 back surgeries. I'm grinding cartilage in both knees. I spin. It has helped my knees a lot as well as melt. Melt helps with all my aches and pains! I highly recommend it.
