Just ordered...

I can't wait to receive the dvd's. I had put off ordering them and I'm so glad that I did - the price dropped so much!
Has anyone seen results from this program?

You might want to read the check in for this program. Apparently people have posted there and you will probably find more information about results. Good luck with this program!

I'm wrapping up Week 5 and I've already lost 3 inches from my waist and 3.5 inches from my hips. I've been a good girl and haven't weighed myself, but one of the success stories in the book is a woman who lost several sizes and gained 5 pounds.

Are you following the diet as well, or just doing your own thing?

I'd say about 50-50 diet and doing my own thing. (Had Chinese takeout last night.) But I've really cleaned up my diet and raised my intake of whole food, especially fresh fruit, veggies and seafood.
