I did RWH Legs today, though I only did the premix option without the HiiT portion (premix #1)
I was glad to see this as a choice, as there will be days when I won't want to HiiT it every single time!
Good workout, time efficient. Challenging if a heavy enough weight is used. Didn't care for walking lunges at the end, since I have limited space in my workout room. Other than this, I liked it! Now, to actually try it as intended.
