Cool KCM posted her 2nd free "RAW" workout - lower body

KCM just posted her second free "RAW" workout on YouTube. It's 25 min of lower body & kettlebells!

How fun, you can alternate between the lower & upper body vids now.

Pretty awesome - tried this today and I liked that I could hear the music loud and clear (it's a lot more understated in her upper body video)! I had to sub rebounding for the plyometrics section and also subbed back lunges for forward lunges... and when it came time to actually do back lunges, since I had my kettlebell handy, I did renegade (or tactical... don't quite know the correct nomenclature) instead. It's a solid, sweaty 25 mins

I'm hoping to try to the upper body video sometime next week because 30 mins is the sweet spot for me -- I usually do upper body/lower body splits because I'm time crunched so 30-45 mins is all I can do in a day! Many thanks to Kelly for putting out so much "low equipment" good stuff that meets my needs
