The BodyFlow classes are great! I do a few tracks after other workouts for my stretch, and the ab work is also nice in the strength premixes.

I really ended up loving all the classes except Sh'bam. Sh'bam is ok but I felt like it was actually a little boring. The moves were repeated too much. But I use all the other workouts pretty often when I'm signed up.

I had no problem doing Essentrics when I tried that out.
You should be able to play them on your computer if your internet connection is good. However, there were a few times I did have issues. I have played them on my computer, phone and the app from my TV. The worst performance I got was on the TV app, but most of the time it was ok.

Thanks for posting! I was excited to try it, but they don't accept members from Canada. What's with that, eh?

Thank you! I used to love doing Combat, Flow, and Pump at my Golds Gym when I lived in Virginia.

JETA: Oh and they have their own Roku streaming "channel" -- which is awesome for us Roku peeps!

I did a 30 minute flow yesterday. I love the flow yoga programs. I have like it since I got the flow workout with bodypump but never could get anymore flow workouts.

I have to have my hubby figure out why my cord hooking the phone to the TV isn't getting a signal anymore. It used to work fine but for some reason now it say no signal so I am not doing something.

Hard to do the programs from the iPad. Yoga not too bad but I want to try a bodypump or combat workout.

This free month may push me into more months and I don't think the cost is bad at 12.99/month. Better than some other monthly fees.

Is there a way to buy any of their DVDs? I guess I should explore this but I have a feeling they are not available to us. If I am wrong, please someone let me know.

I tried a bodycombat 30 minute and didn't think they would end in the middle of the workout, I had to walk around and stretch on my own. I thought the last would would have been the stretch. Oh well, I did enjoy it.

I don't have time for the 55 minute workouts. Does anyone know if there are any around the 45 minute mark?

I am enjoying the ondemand but not sure if I will stay after my free month.

Does anyone know if it is easy to cancel if you do join?
