I chose heavy lifting and splits, because I do both of those. I will also do total body workouts. I don't care much for metabolic workouts or compound lifting. I also do some high rep, low weight workouts, but prefer straight, heavy lifting.

I love Metabolic Training! I was an AWT or total body strength Firm girl for years. I like Cathe and Jessica Smith's Metabolic workouts.
I hate splits--always have. I can't lift heavy because my cubital tunnel syndrome starts to bother me if I go about 8 lb dumbells or too much weight bearing wrist work.

I just noticed I could vote for more than one, but I had already voted I voted for "Splits", but I also do "one body part per day" quite often.
I am thinking of trying Metabolic/Bootcamp (or whatever you may call it lol) for the next month or so. Linda |
