Decided to hit up my "vintage" list of oldies from archive.org and YouTube so checked out Kathy Smith's very 1988 (?) Fat Burning Workout and I skipped the overly lengthy warm-up and got in ~37 mins of active minutes in about 45 mins of cardio + cool-down time I also ended the day with ~50 mins of Janet Stone's Mellow Flow Yoga -- pretty nice and mellow vinyasa flow but I still think of Eoin Finn as my go-to yoga dude because his vibe is so positive, holistic, simple and healthy (much needed in these challenging times!)
