treasure trove of yoga zone tv episodes! (overdubbed...)
I just found this on you tube. There are about 70 episodes of their tv show with the commercials cut out. They have been overdubbed (it might be in Polish? Please correct me if I'm wrong) but you can still kind of make out the instructions. Their practices did not move very quickly, so hopefully it won't be hard to keep up even with missing hearing some verbal cues. I love their practices, so I'm excited to see if I can follow these.

I tried one of these yesterday, it went okay but once I become familiar with the practices it should go better. I cannot understand the lady talking and find her voice distracting.
I am certainly grateful to whoever uploaded all of these but the thing that I like about Yoga Zone is the nice music they use and I find the instructors relaxing as well. The overdubbing wrecks all that for me so I will try and do it with the sound turned way down. Maybe play my noise machine instead. I am also making notes on these practices so I can refer to which ones I like and which ones were just meh so I don't revisit those, there are so many to pick from that there is something for everyone. Just thought I would share.... |

I have done a few more of these, if I turn the sound way down and position my mat in a way that I can watch what they are doing then it's better. I still prefer my DVDs for the music and their voices but there are some really nice practices on there that I have found that are reasonable gentle and right up my alley.
