You know you're a vidiot when...
So speaking of YouTube treasure trove of oldie workouts...some old CIAs like this one...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iu31E1InhQs I thought, wow, a really old CIA workout with the Boyd sisters...I surely don't have it, so maybe I'll work out to it on YouTube. Or maybe not... I go over to my workout DVD tower (mind you, although it has about 50 workouts, that's a *fraction* of my total collection). Lo and behold... There's the VHS tape of CIA 5005! Good lord, tapes I forgot I even had! It was obviously meant to be, so I did the hi-lo portion of the workout. Would you likely be surprised by some of the workouts you may have in your collection?

I could not have said it better myself, Bubbles. Hilarious!! Another example of how much fitness has improved over the years. I’m pretty sure Tim Gunn would have commented on line placement. Cracked me up. I do love the Sinister Sisters though. I miss their step tape 9806.

OOh that's the bumblebee suit! I now have to find the video with whoever wears the tinfoil suit and I'll be set

The peekaboo shoulders on the leotards was kinda fashion forward though And after I hunted for a Kathy Smith DVD that had her Functionally fit lower body firming...I found my VHS copy of it that I thought I had purged ¯\_ʘ‿ʘ_/¯
