The ones from the DVDs are the two express workouts , the Boosters (Arm & Ab, Thigh & Seat) and the two Classic 57 min.
The remaining are only available for streaming. Yes, we all wish they were downloadable!
I think this is a little bit of an odd grouping. I wouldn't consider Express 2 to be uniquely cardio, though it does get your heart rate up. Physique Cardio and Cardio Blast are pretty cardiovascular, IIRC.
The streaming workouts generally move pretty quickly. They're not for the faint-hearted! They're all 30 min. in length. If you do 2 in a row, I'd say they're more challenging than the 57 min. DVDs. Fewer stretch breaks, a little less 'set-up' time. They expect you're familiar with the method.
The streaming workouts are terrific, just like the DVDs. I've tried them all, but they're just too costly to do with any regularity, IMO.
