Talking what's your favorite Cardio Coach workout?

I purchased the 5 CD set (for something like $15) recently and have been using these for all of my cardio lately. Volumes 2 and 5 are my favorite(s). I am thinking of buying another (vols 6, 7, or 8) in the MP3 format. Which one should I get? I like the music of vol 2 best and Sean's coaching in vol 5 best... don't know if that will help you to make a recommendation!

thanks!

Sorry, I cannot help you to narrow that decision down because I believe that you simply must get them all!

I have been doing them off and on for about eight years and still, I have a hard time remembering which workout is which. I am very glad for this, though, because it feels almost random when I choose one. The only thing I remember is that they get progressively longer and with longer challenges, so I can go by how much time/energy I have but otherwise, it's always a happy surprise once I start going and think, "Oh, THIS one! I love this one!"

I agree - you must get them all! You're more than halfway anyway

Kathy
ps - Vol 2 is my fave

I've used #6 for every outdoor run I've done for the past 5 years (at least).

I love 7. I think out of all of the ones I Have ( I think I have them all except the special ones.... Pump etc.) #7 is my most used. Some of the others are more motivating but they are shorter. 7 is about an hour long which is why I like it. More Sean.

I have every single Cardio Coach workout and the ones I reach for the most are Vols 2, 5 and 7.

Sooo .... I vote for Volume 7 - the music is pumping and Challenge 2 is the best! 5 (1min) hills alternating with 5 (1min) sprints, 30sec rest between. Sometimes I use just this challenge with a quick warmup/cooldown for a kick-butt 20 min workout.
I don't like the 2 long challenges in Vol 8. They drag on as does the music.
I rarely reach for Vol 6 - don't really know why.

My favorites are 5-8 and press play... you really can't go wrong having all of them.

I like 1-5 a lot and use those frequently. But I do CCPP the most, followed by 7 and 8. I'm doing distance walking training for the breast cancer walk, and I got tired of changing them out, so I just put all of the steadies and challenges into one long string and I mix and match. As I'm walking 12+ miles, if I get three steadies in a row, I'm happy, and as I'm walking, not running, I can handle multiple challenges as well. I find it very motivating!

I love Vol 6, especially the first challenge (both the music and Sean's coaching). My second favorite is the deceptively tough Vol 4.

The first volume 1 and Push Play. Those two are my most used Cardio Coach workouts.
