  • Intervals (omitted the "spider" exercise -- these types of exercises give me motion sickness )

Gin Miller's Step Reaction 122 bpms (on her YouTube channel) and KCM's Kettlebell + Kickbox Fusion from her Build & Burn DVD set. Very sweaty! I modified the more strength-oriented kettlebell moves in the latter to maximize cardio effect since it wasn't a strength training day for me.
