Good morning mat mavens!

Yesterday’s workouts:~
~neighbourhood walk
~30 min rebounding
~My own standing yoga flow....lunge salutes, standing poses, forward bends

Cyana - Thanks for the smile!

Beth & Pat - Yes an hour workout is daunting so I often stop at the end of the BellyFit cardio segment, usually under 40 min. Now an hour of restorative yoga is a yummy treat!

Back later with my workouts....

I usually go to the market on Tuesday morning (as my planned rest day) but I needed to go this morning to pick up supplies. I had to go to 3 markets go get everything I needed.

Cyana, I loved seeing the manatees and dolphins--thanks!

cyana, those photos and video were gorgeous - thanks for sharing!

Pam, LOL yes, no complaints about 1-hour of restorative.

Since I took the day off, I filmed a new yoga video focused on side body stretching. I forgot to do a couple of things I wanted to do, but it came in at 25 minutes, so at least that's a good length.

~Beth’s Yoga Class to Lengthen Laterally - this was really nice, thank you Beth!

I spent a while practicing Essentrics trademarks and working on my music playlist for the workout I’ll be filming to finish my exam. I’m hoping to finish it up this week.

I had to skip the last two days due to horrible TOM, and I'm low on energy this morning. I did not want to skip another day, so I did something short.

Team Body Project-17 minute cardio from you tube
SaraBethYoga-10 minute standing morning practice

Does anyone have good news...I could use some. A friend of a friend passed away, my husband's cousin's step grandfather passed away, leaving behind Frank's cousin's grandmother who has dementia, and another friend just had to put his mom in home hospice care. His siblings who live locally are taking over for now. When he went to fly home, the plane had issues and they were stuck waiting for hours, only to arrive back to Houston and a house without power due to ice and snow....where is spring?

Does anyone know of a good brand of vegetable broth besides Trader Joe's? I will not be going there anytime soon. I want to make pumpkin chili to share with a friend who is vegan. I usually use chicken broth. Thank you!
