Thank you so much for the feedback Ebianco! I really appreciate you sharing how you use it too! I had read that it wasn't as intense, but I love your idea for add ons. I will probably use the total body more than the other ones too because I typically do total body workouts instead of splits. Thank you!

Don't be fooled...the total body workout is still pretty intense! It's only less intense compared to her focused series. It's only now that I've been incorporating her focused series into my routine that I find her total body workout to be a bit less grueling for me, and even then, it's still a killer workout!

I too prefer doing total body workouts, so on weekends when I have more time to work out, I'll combine her upper and lower focused workouts and know that I'm also getting plenty of core work in there because hello, planking for 20 minutes or however long it is! I do her total body workout during the week. I was adding in her core workout with cardio but right now I'm trying some other workouts on that day instead.

I really think the sheer creativity and intelligence of Leah's workouts is not to be underestimated, and I totally agree she's incredible at form description!

that tiny, intense pitter patter that you hear is the sound of a tonique lemming.

up until now, I had looked at some of the clips and mildly considered it given everyone's rave reviews. Mary's sale prices were too good! I ordered! I picked up 4 toniques, and 2 barlates (already own several of Linda's DVDs). I thanked mary for offering such a wonderful sale. I wonder if the tonique DVDs are going to be discontinued?

That's good to know Kittybug! I really like your idea of combining on the weekends. I do total body workouts during the week because of time. Or I might do upper one day with cardio, and lower the next with cardio. But typically I do total body. For some reason I think I get a better workout doing total body than splits.

I not even was interested on this, but you guys are really tempting me, I need to stop checking this thread! Or go watch some clips lol.

ETA:

Some of them look really good! But, I have to say that her push up form makes me cringe why she doesn't do them on her knees instead of doing them with bad form. Still tempted, love the look of the rest, are these harder than Dream Body? Or, about the same level?

That's a hard one to answer. Sylvia is a relentless Energizer Bunny but I usually feel less miserable doing her programs. DreamBody has a frantic vibe that repels me more but they do have a nice variety of moves. Are you opposed to a little dread? Because that might be a deal breaker

ETA: On the other hand, if you enjoy endless reps that make you feel like your core will collapse and your limbs want to fall off, then you are barking up the right tree lol

Sugar I agree about Sylwia's push up form. It is pretty bad, at least it would be for my neck. I don't plan on following her form at all for pushups.
