How come I never knew about Caribbean workout?

OMG I just discovered Shelly McDonald with Caribbean workout thanks to a Vfer who mentioned it in another thread..... I Loved loved the workout I did today in youtube.... it was 30 min, old style aerobics with weights, which I enjoy.... I also love the beach scenery.....

Does anyone know more about this program? I believe is Canadian and airs on TV.... I found some youtube episodes, mostly about 22 minutes.... are there dvds? is it a big collection?

Anyone here do these workouts?

That show used to be on FitTV. I bought a few DVDs several years ago from a bargain bin and also from Amazon. I really like Shelley and her side-kicks. She also did some yoga and Pilates shows, which I didn't really care for that much. Thanks for pointing out that they are on YouTube. I'll have to see if there is anything there that I haven't seen yet.
