Looking for rebounding videos

I have a Bellicon and for a long time just did freestyle rebounding. I realized, however, that I work a lot harder when I follow a video. I really like the original Urban Rebounder series (1-4) even though they are quite cheesy. The updated were too "extreme" for me in terms of approach and exercises. ~30 minutes is a good duration for me. I have some of the older Bellicon videos and wondered if the streaming service is any good. Any fun videos? Level of difficulty?

I am also open to other rebounding videos, but they seem to be hard to find.

There are many Bellicon and rebounding workouts on youtube like
ReboundFit
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCk6...8Zkv44_d7Kfh5w

and Arnita Champion
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCx-...lhTMnxDAzxPg_w

BeFit has a couple
https://www.youtube.com/user/BeFit/s...uery=rebounder

also Well Shaped TV
https://www.youtube.com/user/wellsha...h?query=bounce

Try searches for Bellicon, rebounding, etc.

You can get a free month on Be360
maybe 3 months since you own a Bellicon
https://video.be360.com/pricing

Lekfit has some bouncing videos and also offers a 7 day free trial.

I love the Bellicon streaming site at https://video.be360.com/ and I believe you can sign up for a 30-day trial before committing. I especially love the videos by Fayth Caruso - you can select videos by instructor, focus (cardio, strength, etc.) and duration.

Another Be360 fan. I did the free month and they don't require you to give a credit card to get it. Shortly after my free month expired they offered me a year at 50% off. I also love Fayth's workouts!

I also recommend G-force and all other rebounding videos from FitPrime. With a Bellicon, if the bounce is soft keeping up may be harder but I didn't let it bother me too much if I didn't keep the exact pace.

I also use mine for Leslie Sansone videos and they are much more challenging on a Bellicon when you do keep up the pace. I suppose any walking video could work.

The FitPrimes are on sale at Mary's so that is tempting.

A free month of Bellicon workouts would definitely give me enough time to see if they are for me.

Thank you all for the suggestions.

If you decide to try the free month of Bellicon Be360, you might find the Weight Loss Series would be a good fit for your 30 minute time budget. On the days you're looking to work harder, try out some of Jeremy's videos. He has some options that are higher intensity and of longer duration.

Remy has some very creative programs that tend to include balance work. Daisy Miller has several fun cardio videos (she recently filmed some new videos, so I think we'll see more releases from her).

I really like Fayth (the primary instructor), but she's currently pregnant and aside from making a few pregnancy videos, is instructing other people in some of the newer videos. She has numerous videos on the site - lots of variety and various lengths. She gives good form pointers.

Arnita is a little too enthusiastic for me first thing in the AM, and I've injured myself twice (a strain that required taking a few days off, nothing major) doing one of her videos, so I avoid that particular program. YMMV. I think that one video is a bad fit for my body.

The free 30 day trial is a great deal. I just renewed my annual subscription, as I use the service regularly.

Angie Fitness TV has several rebounding workouts on her site.

I don't have a rebounder so I can't say if these are good are not. I use Angie Fitness step workouts which I really enjoy. Maybe her rebounding workouts will work for you?

Another lovely VFer shared this site with me:

https://www.reboundfit.com/training-videos/

There are just a few free videos there, but they are fun!

I just noticed they started an online streaming too:
https://www.reboundfit.com/online-training/

EDITED to add: the streaming has been paused, maybe they are waiting to add new videos. It says to check back in August.
Enjoy the free videos though, they are good!

Enjoy!
