The Brooklyn Bridge Bootcamp is a very good workout which can easily be modified in the cardio aspect. It uses bands and body weight. This is ideal for working out while traveling. Cathe has a travel fit workout but it is not cardio intensive in my view, but a good workout. The Men's Magazine Body weight workout is another good one, broken up in 10 mn segments. You can jump rope, try Micheal Olijade's Aerojump which is a fantastic conditioning workout and if you don't have a rope, imitate it or get airope (which is great). I think any workout that incorporates weights can be altered by using bands. Lastly, you have to jump start yourself. Make sure you are getting enough sleep at night and once you are off work continue to move, change your clothes and workout. I don't have a gym membership because everything I do is outdoors or inside, but I do have all the things needed to workout at home. There are many times when I want to just chuck working out, but I continue to move, I don't stop, I change my clothes, I turn on my dvd/tv and put my workout in and just keep going. Easier said, than done, but it in the end you just have to do it.

A good traveling series is the X-Factor series. The numerous body weight workouts help supplement the normal treadmill/elliptical drudgery you find in most hotels. Since X-Factor requires no equipment and very little space, they can be done in the hotel gym or even your room.
When I travel a bunch, the X-Factors come with me and I'll also take one resistance band. Between those and the normal hotel cardio machines, I can get my strength/core work in and my cardio with ease.

I travel a TON now for work, and I understand your struggles. I carry my laptop, and do a lot of workouts in hotel rooms. I mostly do Leslies, and I also do SI6/Burn it Up a lot. I do find some workouts to be akward with the laptop, especially ones that have you on the floor a lot. The simpler, the better. I also like the original 10lb Slimdown set, and the Powerfit workouts. The 20 min length of these are perfect for when you are short on time, plus they only require a set of 5lb dumbells, (band for the Powerfits) which is also great for travel. To be honest, I really don't care for all of the traveling either, but like you, I don't have much choice right now.Just gotta make the best of it
