ITA, push-ups are one of the best exercises out there. They hit your chest, rear delts, lats, biceps, triceps and abs.
Somewhat in that order. I also like laying side tricep push-ups, they really hit all 3 heads of the triceps. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iigslP5F9K0 |
