Doing the yoga pushups or going through a few sun salutations. I find that just doing chaturangas five or six times on my knees really helps to tighten up upper body. And add in a few tricep dips and some bear crawls.

And planks. I forgot planks. In all their variations.

ITA, push-ups are one of the best exercises out there. They hit your chest, rear delts, lats, biceps, triceps and abs.
Somewhat in that order.

I also like laying side tricep push-ups, they really hit all 3 heads of the triceps.

I think we sometimes forget all the great bodyweight exercises we can do while traveling and then there are the bands. I have a sheet of exercises to do with a band I bought years ago...need to familiarize myself with those routines...

Cathe's Travel Fit is good. It is all band work - mostly upper body.
