Upper body strength when traveling

Are there any good dvds that have good upper body strength work without weights?

Pushups are incredible. I cannot praise them and what they've done for my upper body enough!

I've done some of the P90X upper body workouts using just a resistance band.

I was going to say pushups, too. Sometimes I throw a resistance band in my suitcase.

I think Ilaria's Pushups and Abs Plus dvd would be excellent for this purpose. She does a wide variety of push-ups that use the muscles in slightly different ways. The first time I followed it I felt it all over my arms, back, core and chest the next day. Also it is about 30 minutes and I am guessing you would want something short while traveling.

My options are:
Bring 1# weights and do the upper body segments of Squeeze Original.
Bring tubing and do Leisa Hart's Sexy Arms or Power Half Hour: Arms

Don't forget about planks and tricep dips.

Power Half Hour Arms w/a band is great! I normally take Burn or Keep It Up with me when I travel and just repeat the arm segment.

Use your suitcase for biceps curls and lat rows.
