this is the one I was seriously looking at getting for her - I'm so disappointed that the music is so crappy. I worry about giving her a workout that is normally done with weights because she needs to learn how to use tubing, so needs something to follow. Those of us that have seen tubing over the years have ideas for substitutions, but she would need that.

I never thought of FitDeck - I'll have to check that out!

Most of Tony Horton's workouts show band options. The workouts on Power Half Hour all have someone using the band (but the music isn't that great, though IIRC, there is a 'no music' option so you can use your own).

We're always verging on over 50 -- we buy way too many books when we travel!

I agree about the Debbie Seibers Burn it Up.

Also like the upper body add-on from Cathe's Body Fusion. It's mostly band work, but even the stuff she uses weights for can be done with bands.

There's a really nice Kari Anderson all-dynaband workout called Tone It Up. Unfortunately it's VHS.

The strength work in P90X can almost all be done with bands. Very good stuff.

Once you get used to band work you can manage to substitute it for iron. I prefer the steady pull of the band at this point.

Or just give a fresh set of nice bands as bands can be used with any workout, no vid necessary.
