OK Helen

I think you're about my age. . .

I do have a vice in the size of my CD collection. . . .and LOVE to work out/run/lift to cd's. . . .So believe it or not, my favorite CD to do my standard at-home free weights . . or gym machine weight sets is . . . . . .BEST OF ZZTOP !!

I know . . . a bit dated . .couldn't stand to listen to it by itself. . . . but with weights, the beat is undeniable and matches my rep speed . . . . and the sexual symbolism makes me smirk . . . . .

SSSH! . .
It's all true
Don't tell any of my very cool hip-hop friends!

Good site - thanks Andrea. Saved a few pages of lists from there and currently have the local library catalogue up behind this. Will hunt some of these and from the Les Mills site too. I DID find a few of yours!

The abcedarian list - that's the kind of thing I'd do too!!

ETA I'm back from the library with a fist full and spending the time before school pickup organising song lists for few blank cassettes.

Have Santana, Bruce S, Jethro Tull, Bon Jovi, ZZ Top, a couple of compilations from the 60s and Micheal Jackson's Thriller - when he was still pretty - these together with what I own and have been reminded about should fix me up happily.

Andrea - I'm doing 'themes': heavy, groovy, 60s, ... and will probably arrange the songs in a gradation that builds in the middle. I'm like that - you too?

Thanks everyone for your help!!!
