Just a quick review of Lisa's Advanced Cardio Blast. I jsut did it tonight and wow. What a challenge it proved to be, both in the high impact and creative moves on the incline and with the choregraphy.
I am totally in love. This is how the Firm should be.

The only 2 add-ons I'm finding at Amazon are Express Cardio and Hips, Thighs, and Abs. I don't see the others. Am I missing something ?

I borrowed the cardio workouts from a VFer. I agree that Lisa's Advanced Cardio is the toughest Firm cardio since GoodTimes took over. It might be the toughest Firm cardio ever but I haven't done my older Firm cardios to make a fair comparison. It has plyos, lots of tall box climbs, and incline work.

Stephanie's Express Cardio is really fun. It's not as tough as Advanced Cardio but it has more variety. It has 4 limb work which AC doesn't have. I think Stephanie is becoming my new favorite Firm instructor since a lot of the other ones left.

I took a chance and actually ordered the last two dvd's from GT. I received them in less than 3 weeks. Unbelievable and a world record.
I couldn't resist the cheap price. However, I probably won't order regularly from them and will still stick to Collage.
