All I did this morning was Leslie's 5 Boosted Miles walk, just the first 3 miles. I feel an outside walk coming on today later because we have sunshine!

I also feel a KCM workout of some sort coming up tomorrow!

Today's workout:
CIA 2304: Rock Steady Step (Seasun Ziger's first step workout)

I still think Stepping Up is Seasun's best workout (mainly because of the music), but Rock Steady Step is a good one, too.

I got some sad news today: the local yarn store in my area is closing at the end of the month.

I haven't been there as often as I have, mainly due to my busy schedule and the fact that I've lost a little bit of knitting interest over the past several months. I've bought a few skeins of yarn there the past month or so, but haven't really gotten any sweater quantity yarn in over a year.

I know I can order quality yarns online, but that store will always have a special place in my heart. There's lots of friends I've made there.

Beth: You "Rick Roll'd" us with that pie chart. I love it!

Yesterday and today I have a lot of abdominal DOMS from doing that Blogilates Ab workout a couple days ago.

Ah sorry about the yarn store closing. I felt sad when the Lucy stores closed down.

Beth: Yes, they are having a 40% off sale. I'll probably get a few things, but no big sweater quantity.

Paine: The yarn store had a "cleaning house" sale a few weeks ago, and then yesterday I saw on Facebook they were closing. And it's not necessarily the yarn I'll be missing, but the friendships I've made there over the past few years. Lots of local businesses are closing in my area.

I'll be back later with today's workout.

Thanks for the well-wishes; I was able to leave a little early and got home fine. Unfortunately I have migraine today (likely due to the weather pressure changes); I hope my meds kick in so I can go get in some yoga.

Next Sunday I'm going to a yin/sound bath yoga workshop! I'm excited--plus it's at my studio so I get a 20% discount.

It's 1 hour yin, 45m sound bath, 15m shavasana.
