I don't see anything new or different here (and I'm curious to know what moves are thought to be new---maybe I've been doing Cathe WAY too long for that to happen!
), but I'm not cancelling. I have found in the past that I can't really get a great idea about how much I will like a workout from clips, no matter how long they are.
I didn't see it as being a frenetic pace, but then I did Darby's Dreambody cardio last week and that is the gold standard in frenetic pace IMHO so this one looked slow in comparison!
I'm still looking forward to these. Guess we'll see them in January.
