Shred Cardio has way too much impact for me, but I'm shocked (in a good way) that Cathe herself demonstrated modifications.

Yep. I'm out.

I'm cancelling my preorder.

Misty - I sent you a PM before I do.

I get grouchy when I have modify almost all of a cardio workout. It's like why bother with this one? Taking the high impact out of this one would greatly lower the intensity, unless you get creative. The weight workout looks like it might good.

I did not like the cardio much. I hate squat thrusts, fast feet and jumping on the step with both feet!!!
The weight part looked good though.

I watched the clip of Cardio & Weights after watching the clip of Shred Cardio, and what a difference. She used to go at a doable non-frantic pace yet it was still advanced. There were power 7's and I think even power 15's back then, but they weren't alternated with burpees and tuck jumps and leaping over the TV.

This new set makes me want to do Cardio & Weights again!

I don't see anything new or different here (and I'm curious to know what moves are thought to be new---maybe I've been doing Cathe WAY too long for that to happen! ), but I'm not cancelling. I have found in the past that I can't really get a great idea about how much I will like a workout from clips, no matter how long they are.

I didn't see it as being a frenetic pace, but then I did Darby's Dreambody cardio last week and that is the gold standard in frenetic pace IMHO so this one looked slow in comparison!

I'm still looking forward to these. Guess we'll see them in January.

I'm also looking forward to these. And curious to see how I take out some of the jumping from that last clip. There is so much though that I know it will still challenge me.

My knees hurt just watching the Shred Cardio clip. I'm out. Between having to modify that entire cardio section plus the others being so heavy on gliding, there's no reason for me to get these.

I'm the opposite, it will be good to have some new advanced tough workouts. I'm hoping these workouts ship soon.
