Cathe is my mainstay, followed closely by the Firm and their cousins, Amy Bento, and Christi Taylor. I completed STS, but didn't do the one rep max or incremental increases in weight. My increases were always 2-5 pound increases, as I don't have the weight gloves that allow you to increase incrementally. I definitely got stronger, especially lower body. I am the anomaly in that I did NOT get ravenous after doing STS. For me, the more intense a workout the more my appetite decreases. So, I did lose inches.
My favorite Cathe series are 4 Day Split and Xtrain. Favorite Lower Body is, hands down, Leaner Legs from CTX. Favorite cardio...that's a toughie! Will have to think about it.
