When traveling, I've put a bunch of ISculpt Ballet tracks on my Ipod. These work really well - no equipment + tough.
Here's a list of workouts I'd take with me if traveling:
-ISculpt Ballet 1 and 15 (I like these ones especially)
-TA's Continuity or Meta levels that don't use the chair or ball (so Meta or Cont. 1.1 or 1.2). I'd use those for lower body, abs, and unweighted arm work.
-Leisa Hart's Sexy Arms or Tony Horton's Power Half Hour Arms (these are the only workouts I know that are all upper body and only use tubing, or have all moves modified such that they can be done with tubing).
-If you can bring 2 1# weights (so only add 2# to your total), then I'd suggest Cardio Barre and Squeeze Original.

If you're okay bringing weights with you, then you have a ton of barre options. To me, it's not worth the extra baggage fees.
