Favorite Ballet Body for Travel?

I think Yoga Fusion Upper and Lower are great.

I'm looking for a complete and intense workout that only requires a mat.

I want it to be heavy on back of arms, back, butt/hips, entire lower body (including inner thighs) but not overly quad heavy.

I love some of Leah's segments where you pull away from a bar, but that's hard to do in a hotel. Also, I'd prefer not to have to carry weights.

I'd prefer 3 total body workouts about 1-1.5 hours each.

Thanks!

upper body matwork-shoulders & back
Matwork on the water-tricepts & shoulder focus
Planks with leg isolation
Bridge Sequence

With a chair, you can do:
Crossover/diagonal foldover
Isometrics/plyometrics

Ballet Body is my go to workout for travel. I'm just terrible at remembering names of segments! The last hotel we were at had a sink outside the bathroom so it was perfect for the pulling away segments (better situation than I have at home!).

You will be able to do a lot of her segments in a hotel room (planks, bridges, pretzel, most of the plie stuff).

there are tons of possibilities - just look at what segments you have that don't require equipment or a barre and combine them and you're good to go. The possibilities are endless.

I use Ballet Body all the time when I travel! I tend to use segments that do not require pulling away from the barre (but that's just me, I dont like those in general ). I also bring a manduka super lite travel mat and that works well for any of her mat work that requires some grip.
