Shin Ohtake-Max Workouts

Has anyone ever heard of Shin Ohtake? Do you have any of his max workouts or belong to his paid site Max Workout Club? Are his workouts any good? It looks so similar to Turbulance Training.

This guy seems to be ahead of his time. This is from 2008 and he seems to be on point now. Does anyone know of his stuff?

He does full body and big moves in his workouts. No biceps or triceps and no parts workouts.

This is an advanced workout example

50 sec - Dumbbell Front Squats or Kettlebell Front Squats
10 sec - Rest
50 sec - Dumbbell Plank Rows or Kettlebell Plank Rows
10 sec - Rest
50 sec - Dumbbell Swings or Kettlebell (Overhead) Swings
1 min - Rest

Men: 35 - 55 lb Dumbbells / W
Women: 10 - 25 lb Dumbbells
Men: 1 - 1.5 Pood Kettlebell / W
omen: 1 - 1.5 Pood Kettlebell
