Is there anything else similar to Life Force?

LF is exactly the type of cardio I need: low impact, simple and straight forward. I can't - and won't - do dance moves. I can't do impact because of my knee. And while I still do Leslie, I need something more challenging at times, as well as for a change of pace. I've wracked my brain and the net trying to find something like this. Certainly there have to be others?

Could Core Force be considered similar?

TIA!

with Core Force- you have to get down onto the floor and up again over and over. I hate that. I liked it and it would be similar-but I hate going to the floor and back up for cardio moves, then down to the floor again for abs over and over- it litterally gives me a headache!

I always thought Life Force felt like Heavyhands WalkPlus to me.
Only difference is the moves are done in combos in Walk Plus.
Easy to follow with 3 different intensity levels to choose from.

Barb took the words out of my mouth. I keep these 2 bundled together for that reason.
I'll try to think of others that might fit that description but they're not exactly the same. Firm's Ultimate Fat Burning Workout is a little like that but it has some impact and is a touch dancey. Chris Freytag has some lightweight walking videos: 2-Week Turnaround Cardio, and the Exercise TV compilation Walking Cardio Shape Up Max (with two 40m workouts)

I also love Anni's Jump Force, but you don't have to jump and can keep it all low impact. The setup - and some of the moves - are identical to Life Force. You also don't have to use a step. Here's a clip: http://www.totalfitnessdvds.com/ANNI...-DVD-p/604.htm

You might take a look at Sharon Twombley's Zero to Sixty. It's low-impact (or can be done that way) and not dancey. I've only tried the light-weight pre-mix so far and I found it very challenging (I'm kind of low-intermediate to intermediate, I'm guessing).

I also like Chris Freytag's Walking Shape Up (her Exercise TV one, as previously mentioned). It is a circuit workout and more challenging than many of the other low-impact circuits I've tried.

Heavy hands Walk Plus is only $10 on their website. They also have a heavy hands yoga. Hmmm, I'm tempted.

Anyone know how long these are? Thanks.

Edit: found on Amazon: 50 minutes long. And not very good reviews either

I haven't done it in awhile so I may be off a little, but I think Strength & Spirit by Anita White Barbero. I think it was highly recommended by horsemom2. It has yoga on the DVD also, but I remember really enjoying the cardio/weight portion which was about 30 minutes.

ETA: This is several years old and probably not readily available. Maybe on amazon.com.

I recall the yoga one getting bad reviews. Personally I really like the walking one, but the instructor may not be everyone's cup of tea.

Is there anywhere I can see a preview of the heavyhands walking one?

Right now I am leaning toward Sharon's. Thanks Donna!
