I have only done the first 4 workouts and I love them so far. They are short, tough but doable. And I love combining them with other workouts.

I did the second workout in the first DVD today (alternate lunges, santana(?) pushups, and competition burpees) after a 45 minute run and continued to burn as many calories as I do running! I started with 15#s but got pretty fatigued and went to 10#s. Then I did 15 minutes of Dream Body (the kickboxing one) and continued to burn as many calories as I would have running, since my heart rate stayed up high First time of a Zcut and Dream Body and LOVED them both. I just finished a JNL rotatation and am starting on DB next week so this gave me a first taste

I previewed all of the Zcut DVDs and am going to get a LOT of use out of them. I thought the music was decent too, and it was well chaptered! And it's always gratifying to see that Zuzka herself struggles to get through the sets too.

I will definitely be putting the DVDs into safer packaging though, one is already scratched (just light surface scratching) from that cardboard packaging.

Does she show modifications in her workouts? Would you say they are sort of similar to Rachel cosgrove's workouts or deltafit?

No modification. I say it is much harder than the two other you mentioned. Each block (about 4 on one disc) is about 10 min w/3-4 moves and you do them without a break. Depending on the exercises in a block, it is hard.
