Video Fitness Workout Fanatics was getting some traffic while there were lots of down times at VF.com. I just prefer the give and take here. A lot of people do not like Facebook, but you can always join with an alias, keep your profile locked down tight and participate only in groups and follow instructors you like. I know of a few VF'ers who do just that. |
