Gentle Yoga Plus Pilates has a release date of December 28th.

These look good to me! I'm so glad Jessica posted a short clip! I like that there is a wall stretch practice (which will be good for my frozen shoulder!) I've also loved every chair stretch Jessica has done! Love the gentle pace of the Pilates Yoga one, too!
