Thank you for finding these check-in pages! Sliding disks - ugh.

I can't wait for more details. I hope whatever caused the release delay isn't serious. Based on the language in the Dec 17 newsletter, it seems like she wanted to release this for the new year:

And, we can't wait to share more VERY soon about our upcoming 12-week series, "LIFT & SHIFT." We would love to help you start 2021 off stronger than ever as we build strength together! We'll be sharing more specifics about this inspiring new program with you here first, so please stay tuned.

Also 'build strength together' makes me think this will be a daily online release.

Well boo. I'm assuming that will be fixed when the page has more info. After I signed up I didn't get an email in my inbox or spam folder.
I think two different links were posted? cttx31's link led me to Lift & Shift.

Double ugh - a jump rope.

I agree - I think this one is going to be online.

I used cttx31’s link and it brought me to the page showing Lift and Shift and a place to subscribe. Then when I subscribed it took me to a page with Walk Strong info and a coupon for 25% off Walk Strong.

I can get on board with sliders (maybe)...but jump rope is a solid "nope" for me. And I don't have a tall step so...boo.

Maybe that’s a band instead of a jump rope? Jessica has used similar bands with handles. And she has done a couple of you tube workouts with sliders.

I am really confused about how Jessica handles her company.

It is clear that she has new workouts coming out - she has said that much. But everything else has sparked a continual guessing game - when will they come out, what will they be like, will be they be on DVD, is there a discount, etc.... The first two DVDs just appeared on Amazon and were discovered by a VFer.

She has to know by now that there is an ongoing conversation among her loyal followers who would like some idea of what this is all about.

I only started buying Jessica's workouts about a year a go (and love them!) but they were workouts that were already out, so I wasn't caught up in the "what are they and when will they be available" scenario.

Is this how Jessica always handles her new workout releases?

Well, you've got to admit that this has sparked a fair amount of buzz. Now, VFers are a rare breed, and we enjoy a good speculation every now and then. But I do wonder about all her fans from YouTube and such, that don't follow VF. Are they congregating elsewhere to discuss this? Or do they not know? Do they just not care?!
