I got this set recently and I've only tried the cardio workouts (level 1 to 3), I liked the three of them very much, but Level 1 (Emily) was the more fun for me, level 2 felt a bit more challenging for me, but Rebekah "whooping" was a bit histerical lol I found it funny though (as I sometimes do the same haha), level 3 is great too. This workouts got me sweating, are fun and no dread at all. I can't wait to try Level 4
