I don't get that vibe with Emily at all, and I don't find her condescending at all- in fact the opposite. She doesn't say don't be lazy- she says you are not being lazy right I know you aren't-
I really enjoy her workouts and do the cardio one so often. but I find Rebekkah hard to do because she is so screechy, to each their own I guess.

None of the instructors bother me. The only thing I don't like about some of these workouts are the moves on the floor where you can't watch the tv. I like that you can go heavier in some of these workouts, particularly the Sculpt workouts in Cycle 2 and 4. Both of these workouts use 3 sets of weights. There is one move in Cycle 2 Cardio+Sculpt that I have to modify. You get up and down off your knees doing while doing overhead presses. I could do this with 5 lbs, but I want to use 10 lbs, so I do four-count lunges instead. My favorites of the set are Cycle 2 Sculpt, Cycle 3 Cardio+Sculpt, and Cycle 4 Cardio. Today I'm going to do Cycle 3 Cardio followed by Sculpt & Tone Pilates.

She also says don't be lazy. However, just to be sure (she does talk very fast) I will take another listen.

She DOES say "don't be lazy". But it still doesn't bother me. I know she's on my side.

I got this set recently and I've only tried the cardio workouts (level 1 to 3), I liked the three of them very much, but Level 1 (Emily) was the more fun for me, level 2 felt a bit more challenging for me, but Rebekah "whooping" was a bit histerical lol I found it funny though (as I sometimes do the same haha), level 3 is great too. This workouts got me sweating, are fun and no dread at all. I can't wait to try Level 4
